What does Suflu mean?
Suflu is a Folk Fusion trio founded by Corina, Artur and Cristi, exploring the intersection of ethnic music and contemporary sound. The project proposes a sonic language built on three pillars — voice, handpan and traditional ethnic instruments — over which electronic layers are added to amplify and recontextualise the source material. The result is an artistic act that does not treat tradition as a museum, but as a living organism, capable of dialogue with the present.

Arthur Pasecinic is a percussionist with over ten years of experience, specialised in handpan — an instrument that combines rhythmic depth with a distinct melodic expressiveness. Throughout his career, Arthur has been actively involved in numerous musical projects, exploring diverse genres and collaborating with artists from different backgrounds. His passion for handpan has shaped him into a performer who brings a unique, unmistakable voice to any musical context he enters.

Cobză, caval & fluiere ciobănești
A multi-instrumentalist passionate about ethnic music and instruments from around the world. He has a particular affinity for traditional Romanian instruments — cobză, caval, shepherd flutes.
